One of the most commonly asked questions by new users is, "How can I configure the main menu?" Many experienced Momentum aMS users are still unaware that the main navigation menu can be configured in the Momentum AMS.

Here are a couple of customization options:

1. Each user can add or remove items from their left-side (main) navigation menu. This can be done from the setting in their user profile, in the section called "Dashboard/Main Menu Permissions." For the time being, users can only add or remove items.

We are very close to releasing the new Momentum Navigation menu, which has a neater layout and fewer items. More importantly, users can move menu items around and remove them.

2. Use the completely customizable Palette. We released a floating menu called Palette that is completely customizable. Just type "Menu" anywhere in the Momentum AMS, and your custom menu will magically appear with all your favorite links.

3. Lastly, users can choose from a variety of color/styling schemes for their interface to suit their preferences or even seasonal moods. This also includes an option to make the text sharper so it is easier to read in certain light conditions. These options can be found in the "Theme" section, which is also located in each user's profile.

"One of my favorite new report features is the addition of Trend charts."

For example, on the Agency overview, look for the trend icon,

clicking on it will open the trend view of the current report.

We are in the process of adding the trend option on all interactive reports where seeing the monthly trend is beneficial.
